Policy

To ensure smooth service and compliance with California state law, please review the following policies: Identification Requirements A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for all signers. Acceptable IDs include: • California Driver’s License or ID • U.S. Passport • Inmate ID (from a California correctional facility) • Other state or federal government-issued IDs (must be current or issued within the last 5 years) Appointment & Travel Policies • Mobile notary appointments include a travel fee, which is non-refundable once the notary is en route. • If documents are incomplete or the signer is unavailable, the travel fee still applies. Payment Terms • Payment is due at the time of service. • Accepted forms of payment include Cash, Debit Card, Zelle, and Apple Pay. • A receipt is available upon request. Cancellations • Please provide at least 1 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made after this window may incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Legal Limitations • Notaries are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or interpret the contents of documents. • It is the signer’s responsibility to understand the document prior to notarization.
